At Harmony of the Cosmos, we carefully select individual vintage and antique jewellery pieces, each with its own history and character.

Change-of-Mind Returns

Due to the unique nature, value and authenticity considerations of our jewellery, we do not accept returns or offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection or personal preference.

We encourage customers to carefully review all photographs, descriptions, measurements and condition details before purchasing. Please contact us with any questions before placing an order.

Vintage & Antique Condition

Our jewellery is vintage or antique and may show signs of age, previous wear, restoration or alteration. We make every effort to describe each piece accurately and disclose known imperfections.

Natural signs of age and wear that have been accurately described or photographed are not, by themselves, grounds for a refund.

Authenticity & Item Verification

To protect the integrity of our collection, any return authorised under applicable consumer law may be subject to reasonable inspection to confirm the identity and condition of the returned item.

This process does not limit your statutory consumer rights.

Faulty or Incorrectly Described Items

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

If an item is faulty, significantly different from its description, or otherwise fails to meet applicable consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy as required by law.
